MARK DEBACKER, FOUNDER
Mark DeBacker is a seasoned financial industry executive with over 30 years’ experience in executive management positions with financial services organizations spanning from start-up to global organizations. Mark has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant, serving clients for over 30 years.
Mark’s experience has spanned Big 4 Accounting Firm advisory services through public and private company C-suite leadership in multiple industries including healthcare and financial services. Mark directly oversees all Company client relationships with a focus on financial tax structuring and compliance.
Mark has recently completed the Settlement Planning Education Center’s, Registered Settlement Planner Curriculum.
DAVE GOODMAN, FOUNDER
David Goodman is a financial services professional with almost 30 years of experience in serving the financial planning needs of individuals and businesses. Throughout his career, David has executed over $100 million of financial structures, including individual tax advantaged annuities, retirement plans, government-benefit plans, and business loans and lines of credit.
David is licensed to sell life insurance products in multiple state jurisdictions. He is a Chartered Special Needs Consultant and directly oversees the Company’s financial planning functions and the execution of financial strategies.
